Getting started
Invite your team and set roles
Add the people who run your business with you, give them the right level of access, and know exactly who can change what.

Laddr has three roles so each of them gets exactly the access they need and nothing they don't.
The three roles
- Owner — full control, including billing and deleting the organization. There is always at least one owner. Owners can invite anyone, including other owners.
- Admin — runs the product day to day: phone numbers, knowledge, cadences, integrations, team. Admins can invite admins and members, but not owners.
- Member — works inside Laddr (inbox, leads, contacts, calls) but can't change org settings, add Pulse domains, or touch billing. Member surfaces that they can't edit show up read-only rather than hidden, so they still see what's configured.
Who can invite
Inviting is limited to owners and admins. A member who opens the team page sees the roster but no invite button. If a member tries to invite someone through the API, it's rejected.
Send an invite
- Open Organization → Team.
- Click Invite teammate.
- Enter their work email and pick a role.
- Send. They get an email with a link that's good for 7 days.
Until they accept, the invite shows as pending on the team page. You can resend or revoke it from there.
Invites expire after 7 days
If someone doesn't accept in time, the link stops working. Resend it from Organization → Team and they get a fresh 7-day window.
Manage people already on the team
From Organization → Team you can change anyone's role or remove them. Changing a role takes effect immediately, the next time they load a page. Removing someone revokes their access right away.
Seats depend on your plan
Single-product plans (LARA, Pulse, or Boost on their own) include one seat. The Bundle includes ten. If you hit your seat limit when inviting, you'll need the Bundle or a custom plan. See Track your usage and plan limits.
