Pricing questions
Every plan includes generous monthly allowances (for example, 1,500 LARA minutes or 5,000 Pulse chat sessions). At 80% we flag it on your billing page. At 100% new usage pauses until you upgrade or the next billing cycle. Calls already in progress finish, and nothing you've already captured is deleted.
