Getting started

Find your way around Laddr

A quick tour of the sidebar so you know where calls, chats, reviews, and settings live before you go looking for them.

Everything in Laddr hangs off the left sidebar. It's grouped so each product has its own section, and the work that flows out of all of them (leads, contacts, the inbox) sits up top in Main.

Start with Overview

Overview is your home screen: the headline numbers for the day and a feed of what just happened across LARA, Pulse, and Boost. When you sign in and want a pulse check, start here.

The Main group

Main is the shared workspace, not tied to any one product:

  • Inbox — every conversation in one place.
  • Leads and Rescue — new opportunities, with Rescue surfacing the ones that need a fast human touch.
  • Contacts — your people, with tags and history.
  • Appointments and Scheduling — what's booked and the rules behind it.
  • Knowledge — the answers LARA and Pulse draw from.
  • Activity — a running log of changes.

The product groups

Each product has its own section so its dashboard, settings, and history stay together:

  • Pulse — the website chat widget: Install, Configure, Coverage, and Sessions.
  • LARA — the phone agent: Phone Numbers, Calls, Usage, and Settings.
  • Boost — review requests: Requests, Cadences, Reviews, and Sources.

You'll only see the groups for products on your plan.

The Organization group

This is where account-level setup lives: Team, Integrations, Tags, Settings, Billing, Notifications, and the Weekly digest. Most of it is owner and admin territory.

Begin at Setup

Organization → Setup is a checklist of the steps every new account works through. If you're not sure what to do next, open it: it tells you what's done and what's still waiting on you.
