Connect Outlook Calendar to LARA

Give LARA your Microsoft 365 calendar so it can see when you're free and book jobs straight onto it during a call.

LARA can only book a job if it knows when you're open. Connect your Microsoft 365 (Outlook) calendar and LARA reads your availability live and writes confirmed bookings right onto it, so the schedule a caller hears is the real one.

What LARA does with your calendar

  • Reads availability so it only offers times you're actually free.
  • Writes the booking as an event on your calendar when a caller confirms, so it's on your schedule the second the call ends.

Before you start

  • A Microsoft 365 / Outlook calendar.
  • A LARA or Bundle plan: calendar booking is part of LARA.
  • Owner or admin access in Laddr to connect integrations.

Connect Outlook Calendar

  1. Open Organization → Integrations.
  2. Find Microsoft / Outlook Calendar and click Connect.
  3. Sign in to Microsoft and approve the calendar access Laddr requests.
  4. You're returned to Laddr with the calendar showing as connected.

It's a one-click authorization through Microsoft: no keys to copy.

Keep your calendar honest

LARA trusts your calendar to decide what's free. Block out the time you don't want booked (drive time, lunch, personal appointments) so callers are never offered a slot you can't actually take.

Disconnect

Open Organization → Integrations, find Microsoft / Outlook Calendar, and disconnect. LARA stops reading and writing to your calendar immediately.

On Google Calendar?

Google Calendar support is on the way. Today the live calendar connection is Microsoft / Outlook; if you run on Google, check the Integrations page for availability before relying on it for booking.
